Daily cleaning
Change of bed and bathroom linen is done every 3 days for stay longer than 5 days.

Free WiFi. Tv with satellite channels in every room.
Transfers
Airport transfer services available on demand.
Terms and conditions
No Smoking
It is not permitted to smoke in the rooms or the communal spaces.
Check-in
14:00 to 20:00. Your room will will be available from 14.00. We would ask you to advise us when you expect to arrive or if you are delayed so that we can be present when you arrive. Ten days before your stay we will send you an email with information on how to reach us. After hours must be agreed with the staff, but there is not charge for late check in.
Check-out
No later than 10:00. For cancellations made more than ten days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations made less than ten days before the date of arrival, there is charge of thirty percent of the total amount due.
In the case of a No Show you will be charged the full amount due for your stay.

Children under the age of 12
Unfortunately we are unable to provide baby beds for them. You will be charged the full rate for a standard bed for them.
Animals
They are not permitted regardless of size, we apologize for this restriction.
